Prosecution???

Given a nodding acquaintance of Brer Frank actually paid out real money,
repeatedly, and then repeatedly yet again, merely to prove his foresight
would ensure he wasn't surprised, I just love the irony here.

Even more so when this second leg of the double was a *complete*
surprise; for me.
