Yes do need help to stop. However I have not had a drink in 3 days now and
the pains are subsiding. Don;t know if I am out of the woods yet though.
Talked to an ex Alcoholic (if you can ever be an ex alchy) and he told me a
few home truths. Now I have a shoulder to cry on, I am hoping he will
support me as he has been there and done that. Thats experience a doctor
can't replace
