Yes, so whats so hard to figure. You figured it out and since body is
connected, you know heart connected to muscles that are connected and so on
, yes, at some point do what I did and stop while you realize what damage
its done. I wish I never ever started. Truly I was lost in space when I
smoked. The worse thing I ever did. Now that you know make a new life for
yoruself with new found health. Body has amazing ability to heal if you do
right things ( hence my rants against air pollution). . Good luck
