I doubt that lawyers have a higher percentage of alcohol probelms
then others. It might that they are 1?). Accused more often and
thus receive write disciplinary record, or 2) are in circumistances
where they get caught more often ( like court houses !) .

Likewise, (supposingly) police and doctors are higher than
what is considered the 15 % rate across the world..
