Firstly, I hope that what I am about to say will not cause you to
become offended.
From comments you've posted here, I've got the impression that you
found Step 1 helpful. If you have chosen to follow the AA route to
recovery and think you have done Step 1 to your satisfaction, do you
think now would be a good time to move onto Step 2 ?
